This Privacy Policy describes how HYE TV (“HYE TV”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile and TV applications, including the HYE TV apps for Android, iOS, and Apple TV (collectively, the “App”).

By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

HYE TV is designed to require as little personal information as possible. Depending on how you use the App, we may collect the following:

• Usage data: Information about how you interact with the App, such as which channels and videos you open, app launches, crashes, and approximate session duration.
• Device information: Device model, operating system version, app version, language, and general region — collected automatically by the App and underlying platform.
• Streaming data: When you play live channels or prime time videos, technical information such as buffering events and playback errors may be processed by our streaming providers (including YouTube for embedded videos).
• Diagnostics: Anonymous crash and performance reports that help us improve stability.

HYE TV does not require account creation to watch content. We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or payment information through the App.

• To deliver live channels and prime time videos to your device.
• To maintain, secure, and improve the App, including diagnosing crashes and performance issues.
• To understand which content is popular so we can curate it better.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

To operate the App, we rely on a small number of trusted third-party services that may process limited data on our behalf:

• Google Firebase — for the channel catalog and app infrastructure.
• YouTube— embedded videos in “Prime Time Videos” are served by YouTube and are subject to Google’s privacy policy.
• Live streaming providers — third-party CDNs deliver live TV streams; technical request information (such as your IP address) is processed by these providers for the duration of playback.
• Apple App Store and Google Play — distribute the App and may collect their own analytics under their respective privacy policies.

HYE TV is intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

We retain anonymous usage and diagnostic data only as long as needed to operate and improve the App. You can clear app data at any time from your device settings, and you may request deletion of any account-related data via our Delete Account page.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated policy.
