Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of any data HYE TV holds about you. We process requests within 30 days.
Before you delete
HYE TV does not require an account to watch live channels or prime time videos. The App stores minimal anonymous data on your device (such as last-watched channel) and on our infrastructure for diagnostics. If you have contacted us by email or signed up for a promotion, we may also hold that record.
You can clear data stored on your device at any time:
- Android: Settings → Apps → HYE TV → Storage → Clear Data
- iOS: Delete the HYE TV app from your device
- Apple TV:Highlight the HYE TV app and press “Play/Pause” → Delete
Request server-side deletion
To delete any data we hold on our servers (including diagnostics, support correspondence, or anything tied to a contact email), send a request to:
Please include the following so we can verify your request:
- The subject line: Account deletion request
- The email address you used to contact us (if any)
- The platform you use HYE TV on (Android, iOS, Apple TV)
- Any user identifier or order reference shared with you previously (optional)
What gets deleted
- Diagnostic and usage records linked to your request
- Support emails and correspondence
- Any opt-in records (e.g. promotions, beta programs)
Some information may be retained when required by law (for example, tax or anti-fraud records), or in anonymized/aggregated form that cannot be tied back to you.
Timeline
We confirm deletion requests within 7 days and complete them within 30 days, unless verifying your identity or a legal obligation requires more time. We will let you know if so.
